Advising and educating firm personnel on the appropriate locations where data should be stored, understanding the firm's systems and tools, and acting as a resource regarding various information governance questions for staff, attorneys, and other users * Managing all aspects for all information governance processes including file intakes, releases, destructions, and data access requests for the office, ensuring compliance with firm policies, ensuring completion of the relevant process, and responding to questions from staff and other users and providing instruction and training as needed * Possess knowledge of information governance, data security and privacy principles, best practices, and procedures; display basic understanding of various legal systems and a broad understanding of the types of documents encountered in a legal environment
