Als Program Manager Data speel je een sleutelrol bij de uitvoering van de datastrategie. Je rapporteert aan de Data Officer (CDO). • Je rapporteert de prestaties van de Scrum-teams en volgt de uitvoering van de data-roadmap op. • Je ondersteunt de bij strategische prioriteiten of transversale dossiers (op het gebied van regelgeving, organisatie en transformatie) en bij de coördinatie van complexe materies waarbij meerdere interne en externe stakeholders betrokken zijn (Health Data Agency, InterMutualistisch Agentschap...). • Je ondersteunt de Data Governance-teams bij het opstellen en implementeren van de Policies & Standards data. Als Data Quality Analyst ga je aan de slag binnen de dienst Quality Office en rapporteer je aan de Data . Je bewaakt, analyseert en verbetert de datakwaliteit en je zorgt voor betrouwbare en consistente data ter ondersteuning van beleid en besluitvorming. Je voert data-analyses uit, detecteert inconsistenties en ondersteunt business en IT bij het duurzaam verbeteren van data en processen. Data Quality Management - Detecteren, documenteren en rapporteren van data quality issues en structurele knelpunten. - Uitwerken en opvolgen van data quality controles en meetmethodes (data quality rules, KPI's, dashboards). - Samenwerken met data-eigenaars, en business om datadefinities en kwaliteitsverwachtingen af te stemmen. - Brugfunctie vervullen tussen business en IT rond data quality vraagstukken. - Meewerken aan de uitbouw en toepassing van het data quality framework en data governance afspraken.

Je hebt een masterdiploma en reeds meer dan 5 jaar ervaring in data- en integratie-architectuur en API design. Kennis van policy-based access control en Master Data Management is vereist.
