Als Head of IT & Digitalization ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen, implementeren en bewaken van de IT‑ en digitalisatiestrategie van Circet Benelux, zodat de IT‑omgeving, businessapplicaties en de ERP‑uitrol en -gebruik optimaal bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. * Strategisch Leiderschap: Je bent de architect van de IT-strategie en vertaalt de business-visie naar een schaalbare, veilige en innovatieve roadmap. * Organisatieontwikkeling en leiderschap: Je ontwikkelt de werking van je departement, versterkt de leiderschapscapaciteiten van je direct reports (6) en stuurt een groot IT‑team aan (+50 professionals) bij wie je samenwerking en innovatie stimuleert. * IT-operaties en continuïteit: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stabiele werking, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van IT‑systemen en infrastructuur.
