Een certificatie in project management (bv. Prince 2) is een pluspunt - Om ons team in onze hoofdzetel te Brussel te versterken, zoeken wij momenteel een enthousiaste en ervaren PMO Officer. Als ASTRID PMO officer maakt u deel uit van de afdeling 'Technology Strategy Office' en bent u verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van het projectbeheer in de ASTRID-organisatie en het coachen van de ASTRID medewerker.
Het organiseren van 'lessons learned' sessies uit de verschillende projecten en dit vertalen naar een verbeteringstraject aan het project management proces, aan de goede praktijken en aan de onderliggende templates en modellen - De PMO officer begeleidt de kandidaat project leider bij de initiatie van het project, van scope definitie tot de inschatting van de resource behoeftes. * Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Project Management, bij voorkeur in de Telco of ICT sector.
