                          Your main responsibility is to contribute to the best client experience through a service minded approach to both prospects and clients and efficient and accurate sales administration. * You create plus maintain the customer cards in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as well as ensuring the credit limit approval process is implemented * You are responsible for the RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorisation) files plus the internal sales process documentation, all sales reports and the CRM (Salesforce) * Occasionally you provide price lists and -time information as well as preparing sales quotes ensuring EU regulations are adhered to plus managing the administration to loans * You rely on your initiative to both find solutions and constantly provide an excellent customer service - o 1st Interview with Jean Caron, European Sales Director and Karl Gheysens, EMEA Sales Manager, (Your direct boss)
