Assist the sales team by providing technical support for customers, answering questions, and offering guidance on how to best use Callebaut's products. * 5+ years of experience in pastry, confectionery, or chocolate work, with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience. International experience is an advantage but not a necessity. * Experience in recipe development, product testing, and providing technical support.
