The Team Lead Sales BeLu will be the key driver of commercial execution across our Women's Health and Bone Health portfolio. You will lead and coach a motivated team of sales representatives, ensuring flawless field implementation of brand strategies in both Gynaecology and Osteoporosis, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Working closely with Marketing, Medical, and Market Access, you will ensure strong cross-functional alignment and act as a sparring partner to the Country Director in shaping commercial priorities and territory strategies.
