Het is de dienst Data Methods Unit die de processen vastlegt en de juiste tools ter beschikking stelt. Ze biedt gebruikersondersteuning voor de verzamelings- en valideringsinstrumenten en beheert de toegangen tot de applicaties en gegevens. Ze ziet toe op een voortdurende verbetering van de diensten en coördineert de technische documentatie.
