Als Business Analyst bij onze partner Vivalis (vivalis.brussels), help je Brusselse publieke instellingen bij de succesvolle digitale transformatie door bedrijfsbehoeften te analyseren en vertalen naar concrete projectaanvragen. * Definiëren en documenteren van de projectscope en -inhoud via business cases en project charters. * Uitwerken van processen in BPMN-notatie (AS-IS en To-Be situatie) en begeleiden van de business in het gebruik van Business Process Management (BPM). * Voorstellen van verbeteringen op basis van gesprekken met business en ICT-teams. * Samenwerken met ICT-management en business om de impact van veranderingen te beoordelen. * Je hebt ervaring met business process management (BPM) en bedrijfsveranderingsprojecten. * Je beschikt eveneens over ervaring in projectmanagement en het begeleiden van business in digitale transformatie.
