Strong experience within a sales organization, preferably in B2B services. * Increasing customer value (share of wallet) through farming, cross- and upselling our Partena Professional solutions, including services such as outsourcing, consultancy, or other products the customer does not yet have. * Increasing the share of wallet through strategic deployment of our solutions (e.g., social secretariat, consulting, outsourcing, HR services). * Conducting analyses in sectors and segments to detect growth potential within customers. * Active collaboration with internal teams such as consultants, payroll experts, marketing, HR, and business stakeholders. * Contributing to actions to commercialize products/services. * Experience in strategic business development & account management.
