You will be responsible for defining, executing, and improving test strategies for advanced imaging systems, while mentoring and supporting product development from prototype through industrialization. As a Senior Test & Validation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring Xenics products meet the highest performance, reliability, and safety standards. * Define validation and verification plans for new products and platforms. * Develop test protocols, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices aligned with customer and regulatory requirements. * Perform electrical, optical, mechanical, and environmental testing of sensors, cameras and modules. * Analyze results, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. * Drive improvements in test methodologies, tools, and infrastructure. * Mentor and share best practices. * Work closely with , , quality, and operations.
