't Gilde stelt zichzelf als doel: Een thuis zijn waar bewoners uitgedaagd worden om zelf vorm te geven aan hun leven, samen met anderen, thuis en de samenleving. Ons huis is nooit te klein voor een droom meer! Uitgangspunt hierbij is het principe dat personen met een verstandelijke beperking de volle kans moeten krijgen om deel te nemen aan alle aspecten van de samenleving. De ligging van het woonhuis 't Gilde leent zich hiertoe doordat het gelegen is in het centrum maar toch ook in een rustige straat in de buurt van het stadspark. Doel is een zo groot mogelijke zelfstandigheid. Hiertoe wordt een emancipatorisch proces opgezet waarbij gestreefd wordt naar een leven met anderen en integratie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
