As a Global Practice Manager for a renowned consulting firm in Brussels, you will be at the core of global practices, collaborating directly with and to structure operations, optimize performance, and support strategic initiatives. * Conduct market analyses, evaluate competition, and identify strategic opportunities. * Monitor individual and collective practice performance, propose action plans, and ensure their implementation. * Standardize and professionalize internal processes to improve operational efficiency. * Organize strategic meetings with practice leaders and support functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, IT). * Oversee the management of opportunity pipelines and coordinate key client management platforms. * Centralize and structure strategic resources for the practice (databases, case studies, tools). * Organize and lead knowledge-sharing sessions (webinars, workshops) to strengthen internal collaboration.
