TEAM LEADER MAINTENANCE (ÉLECTROMÉCANIQUE & INSTRUMENTATION) * Solide expertise en maintenance électromécanique et instrumentation - Pour Afton Chemical, société œuvrant dans la chimie, nous recherchons un Team Leader maintenance. * Bachelier en électromécanique ou expérience équivalente - Vous êtes le garant du bon fonctionnement des équipements et du pilotage opérationnel de la maintenance au quotidien. * Superviser et coordonner les équipes de maintenance (électromécaniciens et instrumentistes) * Organiser et piloter les activités quotidiennes de maintenance préventive et corrective * Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de maintenance * Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en maintenance industrielle, avec expérience en milieu chimique ou pétrochimique * Connaissance des outils de gestion de maintenance (SAP ou équivalent) * Bonne compréhension des processus de maintenance structurés * Manpower
