Je stuurt het Infra-team aan en je bepaalt en evalueert de doelstellingen van een team van ongeveer zeven medewerkers, bestaande uit Support- en System Engineers/Administrators. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere evolutie naar een infrastructuurmodel dat in toenemende mate steunt op de G-Cloud omgeving. Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van netwerken, servers, operating systems (Linux en Windows), virtualisatie, storage, back-up, security, firewalling en monitoring.
