Zo bouwt Smals mee aan het portaal van de sociale zekerheid en het eHealth-platform. Als Technical Application Owner maak je deel uit van de operationele teams. Je bent de drijvende kracht in het uitrollen, uitdragen, beheer, … van specifieke applicaties binnen de organisatie. Je houdt software beschikbaar, verhelpt problemen, implementeert wensen vanuit de gebruikers waarbij de focus tevens ligt op het technisch welzijn van de IT waarop de applicaties draaien. De hoofdfocus ligt op de taken die onder het Business Operations luik vallen. - De opvolging van en rapportering over de componenten die van jouw team in productie draaien. - Het opvolgen van problemen in productie die gemeld worden door de business.
