As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day HR operational functions within for our business in your geography. Support various projects and initiatives, such as onboarding changes, acquisitions, policy & process related changes. Facilitate HR governance processes and maintain accurate HR information across the organization (e.g., immigration, mobility, offer governance). Work collaboratively and pro-actively with the business, representative groups and other committees to ensure statutory compliance and trusted working relationships. Deliver data driven business insights on HR related projects to business leaders, as and when required, creating efficient and automated reports to policy. Be the main contact for crisis management and business continuity planning, such as emergency response, disaster recovery, and employee well-being programs.
