We are seeking a HRIS Manager (Workday) to lead the day to day operation, evolution, and continuous improvement of our Workday HR platform across multiple modules. You will manage the , take application ownership, lead projects and act as a key interface between HR, IT, and the business. You will ensure that HR systems are stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with HR and business strategy. * Own the delivery, configuration, and operational performance of Workday across modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Recruitment, Reporting, Integrations). * Translate HR business needs into scalable and efficient Workday solutions, ensuring high data quality and positive user experience.
