As a Business Development Manager, you are part of our Sales organization. * Building sustainable relationships and partnerships, acting as a strategic sparring partner who understands the customer's needs and ambitions to strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability. * Active collaboration with internal teams such as consultants, payroll experts, marketing, HR, and business stakeholders. * Developing relationships with network partners. * Providing input to the sales strategy based on customer feedback. * Strong experience within a sales organization, preferably in B2B services. * Experience in strategic business development & account management.
