Manage the goodwill and goodies budget for the business * Define, measure and ensure KPIs, report them to MAF/MMNL/MMB/MME Management and lead MME to take corrective actions if necessary - Facilitate the implementation and optimisation of relevant IT systems to support relevant business processes and the CRC - Manage external business contacts including - if applicable - their selection, termination and management as well as the monitoring of their effectiveness * Lead, coordinate and follow up customer inquiries/complaints in close cooperation with relevant parties in the respective markets
