Samen met één andere collega-controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financial en business controlling van de participatiebedrijven van de groep en volg je nauwgezet de financiële gezondheid, prestaties en liquiditeit van elke entiteit op. Hun core business is het uitbouwen van een duurzame en evenwichtige portefeuille van participaties/investeringstrajecten in snelgroeiende start ups tot middelgrote ondernemingen binnen uiteenlopende sectoren zoals bv. farmaceutica, technologie en brede services. * Door jouw analyses en inzichten met kritische business blik, reik je concrete adviezen aan rond de overname van verschillende bedrijven en integratie in de groep. * Je bewaakt actief de budgetten en forecasts en signaleert proactief en business gericht risico's en verbeteropportuniteiten aan het management.
