The QA Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, customer requirements, Kosher/Halal, sustainability norms) within their assigned zone of the Halle production site. * Develop procedures, work instructions, forms and training materials in line with FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher, Halal and sustainability standards. * Update documentation and procedures when changes occur in standards, processes, installations or environment. * Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, Kosher/Halal, sustainability).
