Campaign Management: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns—including ABM plans for key clients and lead nurturing—to accelerate sales growth. * Team Leadership & Coaching (40%): Lead, support, and further develop a 4-person Benelux marketing team spread across the region. * Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant, hands-on B2B marketing experience, ideally within the IT or technology sector. * Leadership Skills: Proven experience guiding, mentoring, or managing team members in a lead/manager role. * Technical Skills: Experience in managing lead generation tactics, content creation, SEO, data quality, marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and social media.
