Êtes‑vous un(e) expert CX qui puise son énergie dans la conception, l'amélioration et la gestion de chaque interaction avec nos clients, intermédiaires et collaborateurs? * Appliquer différentes méthodes CX/UX pour clarifier le Why, What & How du changement nécessaire et aboutir à des améliorations tangibles de l'expérience. * Vous disposez idéalement d'un master, complété par au moins 5 ans d'expérience en CX/UX/Service Design.
Als ervaren Scrum Master speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelteam (Java/.Net) waar je bij het realiseren en opleveren van projecten waakt over de Scrum-waarden. Je zorgt dat binnen je team de Scrum-evenementen plaatsvinden: sprint reviews, retrospectieven, sprint plannings, … Daarnaast werk je samen met andere Scrum in een Community of Practice: een plaats voor inspiratie, peer-coaching, delen van ervaringen, … Je beschikt over een bachelor of master in de informatica. * Smals * Brussel * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Thuiswerken mogelijk, Voltijds - Smals realiseert innovatieve ICT-projecten in e-government en e-health voor instellingen uit de sociale zekerheid en de gezondheidszorg.
