You work across organizational boundaries—including Customer Success, Account Teams, Specialist Sales, Engineering, leadership teams, and the partner ecosystem (GSI/ISV)—to align on the customer's long-term success and ensure a high bar for quality, performance, and value. Orchestrate the Microsoft ecosystem (product, sales, and services) to accelerate impact.
