Collaborates with the Director, GCO Learning & Training to enhance the organizational strategy for effective design, development, deployment, and administration of training programs that support internal business objectives by utilizing advanced learning design/development techniques and tools of adult learning theory. * Assists Director, GCO Learning & Training with budget management. * Contributes to the definition and development of new processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organizational/ business strategies, with a direct impact on business unit/function overall results for all areas of focus within CTL&T. * Therapeutic area and Delivery Units * Collaborates with Director, GCO Learning & Training to identify, develop, manage, and retain talent in the team.
