The Project Validation Coordinator (VALCO) supports the in coordinating the to achieve defined project deliverables related to validation, as well as the overall project timeline. Our partner is looking for a Project Validation Coordinator to join its team. * Coaches the project engineers related to validation and quality systems and watches over good validation practices and the quality of the different deliverables. * Composes and consolidates the overall validation project plan/report and clarifies the validation strategy to the project team, management and inspectors. * Continuously follows up the predefined validation strategy, adjusts and/or escalates if needed and provides overview of the status and potential impact on project timeline. * Functions as subteamlead Validation within the project team charter * Background in project coordination, validation, and quality systems.

Your role is to demonstrate the application and performance advantages of ProxximaTM polyolefin thermoset coatings technology and help prospective customers adopt it for use in their existing coating products. * Educate customers on the advantages of coatings based on pure Proxxima polyolfefin thermoset products and hybrids combining ProxximaTM resins and catalysts with epoxy, urethane, aspartic urea, and siloxane, to optimize coating performance for the numerous applications within these segments. * Provide technical insights gleaned from the market to help guide new product and application developments. This powerful combination produces polymers that have the capability to outperform today's thermoset composite solutions across a broad set of everyday applications such as wind turbine blades, electric vehicle parts, construction, and anticorrosion coatings.
