Deze sleutelrol heeft als doel de afdelingen Sales Solutions (SSo), Transport Solutions (TSo) Business Solutions (BSo), en Transversal Application Services aan te sturen en op mekaar af te stemmen, zodoende een end-to-end, performante service delivery (build & run), te garanderen, en een betrouwbare, klant- en servicegerichte IS-partner te zijn voor de business. * Het definiëren en implementeren van de strategie voor SSo, TSo en BSo, in overeenstemming met de visie, doelstellingen van de Directie Information Systems en de MIVB. * Het leiden van grootschalige projecten en het beheren van een rijk portfolio aan applicaties (mobile applications, webportals, ERP (SAP, SalesForce, ..) systemen, proprietary/custom on-board systemen, etc).
