You advise the Workforce Planning Director in preparing the annual budget and provide input on additional investments. You ensure that the strategic objectives of your department are achieved within the established timelines and budget. Your responsibilities cover a broad range of domains, including strategy, performance management, people leadership, stakeholder collaboration, budget control, and project management. * You make decisions on hiring additional staff or investing in materials within the agreed budget framework. * You allocate budgets and resources to different teams and projects—both personnel and materials—and closely monitor their use. * You are responsible for drafting project plans, monitoring deadlines and budgets, and ensuring project goals are met. * Solid project management skills: planning, prioritizing, monitoring budgets, and achieving objectives.
