We are seeking a proactive and professional Service Advisor to join our dynamic Customer Service team. As the primary point of contact, you will manage end-to-end client administration-including contract registration, key tracking, and coordination of all stay-related needs. You'll also handle incoming calls and emails, clients and to the right departments, and perform occasional front-desk duties. * Administer client files: contract onboarding, key handovers, and stay monitoring * Serve as first-line support for clients and regarding move-in/move-out reports, inquiries, and issues * Experience in customer service (real estate background is a plus; first-time candidates are welcome) * Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken) * Punctual, flexible, and capable of working independently within a team of 5 * Work with international and driven people
