In het kader van de digitale transformatie willen we ons IT-team en onze digitale capaciteiten versterken om de bevolking efficiëntere, toegankelijkere en duurzamere diensten aan te bieden. * De IT-strategie afstemmen op de ambities op het vlak van modernisering, duurzaamheid en administratieve vereenvoudiging. * Het IT-budget opstellen en opvolgen, waarbij wordt toegezien op een doeltreffend gebruik van de middelen. * Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in IT-beheer, bij voorkeur in een overheidsinstelling (gemeente, OCMW of intercommunale).

Het organiseren van 'lessons learned' sessies uit de verschillende projecten en dit vertalen naar een verbeteringstraject aan het project management proces, aan de goede praktijken en aan de onderliggende templates en modellen - De PMO officer begeleidt de kandidaat project bij de initiatie van het project, van scope definitie tot de inschatting van de resource behoeftes. * Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in Project Management, bij voorkeur in de Telco of ICT sector.
