Vos responsabilités * Répondre aux questions des clients concernant l'utilisation des applications bancaires numériques (PC Banking et mobile banking). * Résoudre les problèmes techniques et accompagner les clients dans leurs démarches numériques. * Gérer les appels entrants et les e-mails relatifs aux services digitaux. * Vérifier et mettre à jour les données clients. Votre profil * Vous êtes titulaire d'un CESS général, bachelier ou master - Les CESS techniques ou professionnels ainsi que les graduaats ne sont pas acceptés. * Une expérience en centre de contact et/ou dans le secteur financier est un atout.
