Wat ga jij doen als aftersales manager bij BMW? * Een overtuigende people manager die in staat is een team te coachen en succesvol te begeleiden. * BMW JOY'N US * Steenokkerzeel Tanghe * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Voltijds - Solliciteer als één van de eersten * Je coördineert de dagelijkse werking van de naverkoop (werkplaats, magazijn, receptie en carrosserie) en ondersteunt de in deze afdelingen. * Je enthousiasmeert de collega's en helpt hen bij het behalen van doelstellingen. Je staat borg voor een positieve werkomgeving waarin je samen met de voor een uitstekende 'Customer Experience' zorgt. * Je volgt de nodige KPI's op, kijkt nauwkeurig toe op rendement, productiviteit en efficiëntie en stuurt bij waar nodig. * Je werkt zeer nauw samen met de directie en rapporteert aan hen over de resultaten in de naverkoop. Hiervoor bewaak jij het naleven van alle procedures.
