Responsible for the day to day running of our Antwerp restaurant and the point of contact for all employees of Antwerp restaurant. * Organise and make team schedule * Coordinate and supervise , kitchen & cleaning teams. * Responsible for the overall administration & daily financial handing. * Lead by example of hosting, taking care of guests, serving food & drinks, and engaging with customers. * Continuously support the restaurant in improving their service standards and processes * Point of contact regardingreservations, troubleshooting, specific requests, and complaints. * Evaluate guest feedback, address problems in the workplace & actively look for solutions with the teamManage inventory and purchase supplies. * Monitor and implement health, safety & qualityprocedures. * Strong supervisory and leadership skills. * Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines. * Available weekends and evenings.
