As the Business Partner – HR & WFM, you will act as the key bridge between local business domains and TDDI by capturing business needs, translating them into IT requirements, and connecting with regional TDDI to deliver effective solutions. You align IT initiatives with business priorities, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and ensures that IT investments generate measurable business value. * Contribute to the business domain and TDDI roadmap by gathering business needs, including cost and budget considerations, and aligning them with the relevant TDDI solution centers. * Act as a local demand or portfolio manager within the TDDI Demand Management process by clarifying business demand, ensuring alignment with TDDI policies and guidelines, and facilitating the approval of local or cluster initiatives with the appropriate experts.
