With a team of approximately 10 employees, the company develops and commercializes innovative overlay finishes and coatings for ropes, nets and steel cables. In this role, you will take a leading position in the development of coatings for customer-specific applications, operating at the intersection of R&D and practical implementation. You will act both as a technical expert and as a project lead, playing a key role in translating customer needs into high-performance and innovative coating solutions. As Project Manager, you will be end-to-end responsible for the development and implementation of -made coatings for industrial applications. * Develop advanced coatings in co-creation with customers, tailored to their specific applications and requirements. You will evaluate coating performance and make adjustments based on test results and customer feedback.
