Register and manage customer claims related to damaged goods, shortages, incorrect shipments, or warranty issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical products, is willing to visit customers when required, and is keen to develop both technical and commercial skills in a hands-on environment. * Provide product and technical consultations and conduct training for customers and (online and on-site). * Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer needs. Claims and Warranty * Work closely with quality, logistics, and service teams to resolve claims efficiently and fairly. * Maintain accurate claim records and provide structured follow-up. * Willingness to visit customers and provide on-site support in the future.
