At our office in Essen (Belgium), we manage the global crewing operations. As a Learning & Development Crew Specialist, your mission is to ensure that all on our vessels receive the right trainings and certifications at the right time, no matter where in the world they are. * You plan and coordinate mandatory training courses for worldwide, for the vessels and crew assigned to you. * You collect feedback from crew after training sessions and monitor training quality. * You support administrative colleagues in the processing and follow-up of crew certificates * You act as the first point of contact for any training-related questions from crew members and colleagues.
