What our Regional Managers do * Lead with energy and focus coach, support, and motivate across Belgium and Amsterdam to build strong, inclusive teams and deliver excellent results. * Grow your people guide through onboarding, 1:1s, performance reviews, and succession planning to ensure they and their teams thrive. * Own the numbers track KPIs like sales, conversion, NPS, UPT, and lens upgrades, turning insights into action to reach regional targets. * Be present and hands-on visit stores regularly, support with coaching, operational routines, and optical compliance, and stay close to the day-to-day.
