The number of strategic partnerships passed the 100 mark, offering recruiters a significantly extended range in the right target group without additional expense. With this success story StepStone confirms its leading position in candidate delivery.

Nowadays job ads from StepStone customers can be found automatically and free of charge on more than 100 partner websites. This range of partners contains a balanced mix of regional portals with a wide target group and specialised portals with a more niche domain name and specific audience. As a result, recruiters can reach more potential candidates with their vacancies in more specific job categories, sectors and regions.

Number one in candidate delivery

Jonas Vanpaeschen, Partnership Manager at StepStone

‘The increase in the number of our performance-based partnerships strengthens our performance,’ says Jonas Vanpaeschen, Partnership Manager at StepStone. ‘Today, our partner network represents an essential part of our traffic strategy. Moreover, we have recently performed some detailed measurements showing that we receive high-quality candidates through our partner network. We are also proud to say that, thanks in part to the expanded partner network, we have strengthened our position as the leading job board on the Belgian market in terms of candidate delivery, with an average of 14.8 applications per job published.’

‘Interesting content via relevant job ads’

The extensive partner network is also an advantage for candidates. They can benefit from a complete overview of the current online vacancies in their specific category, sector and region. Not only on StepStone, but on more than 100 other partner websites. The news site The Brussels Times, a new partner of StepStone, is convinced of the value of the partner programme. ‘The tools and platform provide our readers with interesting content via relevant job ads, and are an important addition to and component in our daily online newspaper’, explains The Brussels Times.

The job platform will keep on expanding and improving its partner network in 2018. ‘StepStone is currently looking for new partners in all different disciplines and regions. Our ambition for next year is to deliver twice as many relevant candidates as our competitors,’ concludes Jonas Vanpaeschen.
