In this crucial role, you will ensure the forecasting of sales for a specific portfolio while being the link between Sales and Supply Chain (demand planning, deployment, customer service, customer master data), guaranteeing an optimal service level to the customers in Belgium and France.

Main responsibilities:

• You coordinate and lead the forecast and demand planning process and analyze trends impacting the demand (product launches, promotions, customer behavior, commercial decisions). You will have final responsibility for the weekly and monthly planning and long term forecasting.
• You guarantee an efficient and profitable inventory management while preserving a good stock balance, taking the short shell life of the portfolio products in to account.
• Being the link between supply chain and sales, you guarantee an optimal service, accurate forecasting and in time delivery of products to the customers, while respecting all conditions. You will monitor the just in time flow collaboration with forwarders and production planners across Europe.
• You assist or take the lead in different continuous improvement projects taking the division to a higher level. You will need to think on a strategic level to develop and build new processes, routines and structure for your department.
