We’re looking for a Segment Manager to join the Marketing team at Immoweb. You will be responsible for the inside-out view and outside-in (buyer & user) view of a segment. You will have an in-depth understanding of the segment needs through research and analytics.
You will be the driving force to build the segment. You will identify key drivers for differentiation and growth. You will map out the opportunities for a segment on how to get, grow and retain. You will provide business cases, determine price setting and create roadmaps. You will work in close cooperation with Sales, Product Owners, IT, Customer Care and your fellow Marcom team. You will identify action plans and be responsible of their implementation. You understand how IT is structured and organized in companies in order to move things forward as you will be the bridge between Marketing and Product/IT. You will organize sales trainings. You will develop relationships with the segment.
You will be responsible for establishing the development of a segment. In other words, you will define and implement a segment strategy. You will be responsible for the business and financial results of the segment.
