Your responsibilities
- Support QEHS Policy/Plan deployment at all levels of the company
- Ensure creation and maintenance of Production Quality Key Documents in relation with Production Quality Assurance, Quality Management System and Production including communication. For example : Management of records for Qualification, Customer
- Specification, Process Flow Diagram, Process FMEA, Control Plan, Defect Library, MSA studies Ensure delivery of defined metrics/indicators & SPC charts with preliminary analysis and propose any required improvements for Production Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Back-up for ensuring calibration and surveillance (metrology) of instruments and off-line equipments
- Support internal Quality Audit Program with focus on Manufacturing Process Audits - in relation with PQC and QMS
Your profile
- You have at least a Bachelor with a major in industrial area and at least 3 years of experience in industry, in Quality department is an asset
- You have good knowledge of management system - ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and of automotive tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP)
- You are fluent in French and English. Understanding of Chinese language is an asset You are an organised person with initiative and analytical mindset
- You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills : Experience / knowledge of MS office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word), statistical software (i.e. MiniTab), SAP is an asset
- You are ready to travel
