The Program Management Officer is a newly created position, reporting to the Corporate Digital Officer (CDO) and will be critical in supporting the facilitation and management of the portfolio of improvement and transformation initiatives. This position will further expand and manage the structural framework of managing the Business Process Council roadmaps, portfolio of approved improvement initiatives and drive increased maturity of program and project management. In addition to PMO responsibilities you will personally manage critical programs or projects dependent on business prioritization.
This position can be based at any of our major sites, with a preference for Belgium (Tielt), Reading (USA), Vreden (Germany). Key responsibilities in the role will include: - Manage the portfolio of business process improvement initiatives (multi-million on annual base) including the availability of relevant project data (charters, project reports) through project leads and prepare insights information to Business Process Council
- Manage a continuous prioritization of business process improvements in context of availability of resources, impact, dependencies and scalable impact
- Manage the portfolio of Growth Transformation initiatives and lead the Growth Transformation Office progress
- Improve and deploy Project management methodologies applied, including global coaching to business project managers
- Define, deploy and measure sustainable structures to allow for scalable improvement and acceleration of strategic priorities
- Facilitate regular PMO reviews
