Hays Response Multilingual is looking for a dynamic and multilingual Customer Service employee to join their ambitious team.
In this varied position, you will be responsible for the promotion and improvement of the customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer service to clients located in multiple countries (depending on your language skills). Amongst other things, you will cover every aspect of the order intake to delivery cycle, including handling backorders, freight and quality claims and payment discrepancies. You'll also be responsible for working proactively with key accounts in order to optimise collaboration. In order to do this job successfully, you'll work closely with different internal departments.
For this dynamic position, Hays Response Multilingual is looking for enthusiastic candidates with a couple of years' experience in a Customer Service position. You have a perfect knowledge of at least 3 languages, including English and German or Italian. Any other European language can be interesting as well. You always put your customers first, are able to communicate in a diplomatic way in different languages and always go for the best result possible. You like to work in a team in order to achieve better results and are perfectly capable to work independently as well. You have a high affinity for software solutions such as SAP and Salesforce.
