As a Key Account Manager, you will work for an important retailer key account and a few smaller ones. When not visiting clients you will be at the HQ in Lievegem.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
Develop, negotiate and implement the yearly account plans in line with the commercial strategy of the company
Manage the complete branded portfolio for one of our biggest retail customers
Responsible for the profitability and sales results of key accounts
Develop your contact network and develop a long term relationship with the different departments of purchase, marketing, sales, logistics and accounting with the client
Develop and initiate tailor made promotional activities in line with your budget
Responsible for forecasting and a correct internal follow up of actions.
Develop a good relationship with your internal customers in different departments such as: Marketing, Production, Packaging, Field Sales, Logistics and Administration
Accurate administration of made agreements both internally and externally
You report to the Sales Manager Retail Belgium
Jouw profiel
You obtained a university degree or equal by experience
You have at least 4 years of sales experience in a FMCG environment
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English
You are hands-on, customer oriented and a true entrepreneur
You are a team player with good interpersonal skills
You are motivated by results and customer satisfaction
You have an analytic mindset
