For an international key player, active in the industrial sector B2B and selling technical solutions, Hays Experts Brussels is currently looking for a Junior Sales Engineer.
After an intensive 6-week training, your role as a Junior Sales Engineer will consist in managing and developing your clients portfolio. You will be a real advisor to them and walk them through the long selling cycle in order to deeply analyse their needs and find the right solution. You will be in contact with industrial companies active in different sectors : petrochemical, automotive, energy and metallurgical. About three days a week, you will be on the road visiting your clients and two days a week, you will be in the office planning meetings, following trainings and ensuring a good coordination with the team.
The ideal candidate holds a technical or sales-oriented bachelor's degree or is equivalent through experience, from 0 to 5 years. Ideally, you have a first commercial experience in the B2B industrial world. You have a strategic, technical and operational mindset. Next to this, you have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good level of English. We are looking for a flexible candidate who puts the clients first, is positive-minded, is open to change and has a long-term vision.
