Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are currently looking for a team member for our office located at Kouter 1 in Ghent. You will find yourself in a young environment with about 20 colleagues. What would you do:
- You monitor the high-quality recruitment process and ensure a professional follow-up of each candidate.
- You do this through an in-depth needs analysis of both customer and candidate
- You are responsible for recruitment from A to Z: drafting vacancies, creating and assessing video interviews, screening candidates over the phone, conducting job interviews.
- You work result-oriented and respect the predetermined KPIs.
