Internal Audit and Compliance Manager

• You will be working directly with the General Manager of Corporate Strategy Division that handles, at Europe & Africa regional level, all matters related to Internal Compliance, Audit and GDPR.
• This position will offer you the opportunity to lead our efforts for Europe & Africa region entities, to be compliance with GDPR through remediation and implementation of new or improved secured processes & systems.  Your knowledge and networking skills are crucial in making sure that deadlines and quality results are met throughout the region.
• In the field of Internal Compliance, you will be the key contact person in all processes for internal audit set out based on SOX regulations and by our parent company, Toyota Boshoku Corporation. You will provide support to our Europe & Africa region entities in order to achieve each year better internal audit results.

• Preferably knowledge of GDPR and/or SOX regulation.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and other languages is an asset.
• Comfortable working in multi-national & multi- culture environment.
• Interested in Japanese working culture & Toyota Automotive Group.
• Not afraid of starting from scratch and building new systems & processes.
• Experience in following up projects and finding solutions for the hurdles you encounter.
• An eye for detail, an organized and disciplined attitude with leadership that allow you to participate in implementing important projects.
• You are proactive and willing to travel.
