We are currently looking for an IT Service Desk and Workplace Support for our Brussels office.
Reporting to the IT Service Operations Manager in the MS Amlin Operations division, your role as the IT Service Desk & Work Place Support sits within the IT department to provide information and IT Services for the MS Amlin Europe business community. You will perform technical and functional support, management and monitoring activities for IT systems and applications in line with procedures and guidelines.
It is a hybrid role which requires a good level of understanding of IT, a good level of technical knowledge to be able to fix a range of issues and ability to provide a great level of service to our business.
